Q. Can I have shelves, curtains, posters,
etc.?
Being creative with your living space is a fantastic way to make it
feel like home! If you want to add some shelves, curtains, or
posters - the answer is a resounding "Yes!" However, keep in mind
that any holes left behind upon move-out may be subject to damage
fines. So, always consult the leasing team before making any
additions that require drilling. Have fun and enjoy your personal
touches on the walls and fixtures!
Q. Can I paint my walls?
Moving into a new home can be an exciting time, but it’s important
to remember that you should respect the existing décor of your
apartment. This means not painting any walls throughout your lease,
which could lead to costly fines upon move-out. Opt for stylish
wall stickers or hang up unique artwork to freshen up your space
without making any permanent changes. Plenty of great interior
design advice is available online to help you make the most out of
any living area. That way, your apartment can be personalized to
fit your style while remaining within the boundaries of your
lease.
Q. What does the application and leasing process look
like?
Applying and leasing with us is an easy process - it only takes 15
minutes of your time! To start, all you need to do is
visit our website and fill out the application. From there, a
leasing agent will contact you to finalize the lease terms before
sending an electronic signature link. Alternatively, if you'd
prefer to come by in person for a tour of our office before
applying, that option is also available! Our team looks forward to
helping you find your perfect home away from home!
Q. Do you require renter’s insurance?
Renter’s insurance is not a requirement when renting at our
property, but it is something we highly encourage. Coverage can
provide security and peace of mind against potential legal issues,
should anything unfortunate happen. We understand that if you
choose to opt-out if you decide to forego coverage, you will have
the option to pay an Accidental Damage Waiver Fee of $13 per month
instead.
